1. Although almost all orders will be despatched within 24hours, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

2. The system is not concise, but allows the user to remove or add forms to suit their needs

3. Essential food hygiene will not accept liability for any improper use of the record keeping system

4. This is a record keeping system and not a training aid.

5. A full refund is only available on kitchen records returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
