All products are sold subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Essential food hygiene (efh) is a trading name/marketing brand of Kaleidoscope Press Ltd.

Basis of Sale

When you click on “buy” at the checkout page, you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated including all delivery charges and VAT that apply to your purchase.

Acceptance of Order

Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation. Your order will be accepted as soon as we have electronically confirmed your order back to you. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. If any of the products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.

Payments

All payments made will be processed by SECPay Ltd - a secure, online, real-time payment service provider, supporting all (major) U.K. acquiring banks for Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta, JCB, American Express and Diners Club.

Payments will be paid into a Kaleidoscope Press Ltd nominated bank account in the United Kingdom (U.K).

SECPay provides all the security required for the transmission of card details using SSL, encryption minimum 40 bit and firewalls

VAT

Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged, on all orders, at the current rate of the U.K. If you require items duty free, please email efh@kscope.co.uk before placing an order, include the name, delivery address and telephone number and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Delivery

Kaleidoscope Press Ltd (KPL) aim to deliver all items within 5 working days. A signature will be required for all deliveries. In such instances that a delivery cannot be made, the carrier will post a card with a telephone number to call, to arrange a re-delivery.

Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled after processing the payment online, if you want a refund we ask you to email KPL and if the order has not been despatched KPL will refund your account within 5 working days.

If the parcel has been dispatched the refund policy (below) will come into effect. Kaleidoscope Press Ltd contact for essential food hygiene is: efh@kscope.co.uk please send us the name and address of the purchaser and date of ordering.

Returns and refunds

A full refund will be offered if the product(s) is/are returned to: Kaleidoscope Press Ltd 1 Churchlands Business Park, Ufton Road, Harbury, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV33 9GX, undamaged and in the original packaging it/they was/were delivered in, within 8 days of you receiving the order. KPL will not refund the cost of return postage and handling. After this period it will be deemed that the goods were “fit for purpose” and/or used, therefore un-returnable and/or un-refundable.

Defective products

If you believe any of the products be of an unsatisfactory quality, please immediately contact us at: efh@kscope.co.uk
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights in the unlikely event that the goods do not meet a standard required by law.
